Smiths Machine in Cottondale, Alabama honors John Dover for 20-years of service. Dover was Smiths first non-family, full-time employee and he has grown to be an invaluable asset for Smiths. As the Group Leader of the job shop, Dover reports directly to management and interacts with local customers.
John Dover’s achievement was commemorated at Team Day on December 18 where he was presented with a plaque and a Tag Heuer Mechanical watch. The watch represents the high caliber of service that Dover has given over the years. Smith’s is hopeful to have many employees receive this award in the future.
